Georgina Woodley

Chief Insights Officer

Georgina Woodley is the Founder and Chief Insights Officer of Custology Insights, where she helps organisations better understand customers, employees and organisational performance through research, insight and strategic consulting.

Her career spans more than 20 years in consulting, customer psychology and market research, including roles with Deloitte Consulting and 13 years as Managing Director ANZ for BVA BDRC. Throughout that time, she has worked with organisations across a wide range of industries, helping leaders make better decisions through deeper customer and organisational insight.

Over time, Georgina became increasingly interested in a question that traditional business metrics rarely answer:

What if organisations are measuring performance outcomes while remaining blind to the human forces creating them?

That question led her to explore Human Energy Intelligence—a business framework for understanding how the invisible human factors inside organisations influence performance, leadership, customer experience and business outcomes.

Today, Georgina combines rigorous research with emerging approaches to understanding human capacity, helping organisations see beyond traditional metrics to better understand the human dynamics shaping performance.

She is also the creator of Joy-O-Meter, the first practical application of the Human Energy Intelligence framework, and founder of The Transformation Initiative, which brings together evidence-informed approaches that help organisations unlock greater human capacity, wellbeing and performance.

Her mission is simple: to help organisations make the invisible human drivers of performance visible.
