Georgina brings a rare combination of deep commercial insight and systems-based transformation expertise. She has worked across consulting and strategy roles, including time at Deloitte Consulting, and has spent over two decades supporting organisations to understand performance, customer behaviour, and decision-making in complex environments.

Through this work, Georgina became increasingly interested in why strong strategies and high-quality insights often fail to translate into sustained change. This led her to deepen her training in energetic and alignment-based practices, which she now integrates with rigorous research and insight methodologies to address stress, misalignment, and interference at a system level.

Today, Georgina’s work sits at the intersection of insight, human experience, and organisational coherence — helping leaders remove friction, restore flow, and unlock performance in ways that are both practical and sustainable.
